Irish artist, Maser has invited the RHA Friends to Atelier Maser, his working studio and gallery space, located on Dublin’s Charlemont Street, Dublin 2. Over the last 24 years, Maser has generated a large and dedicated following both in Ireland and internationally. His artistic style draws upon numerous influences including optical and mid-century art and his paintings are regularly complemented with bold colours, pattern and text.
Maser has created artwork for the National Gallery of Ireland, the National Library of Ireland, Tandem Press, USA, Lazarides, UK and Graphic Print Studio, Dublin. He has also collaborated with the President of Ireland, Michael D Higgins on a series of bespoke limited edition prints. In addition to his artistic practice, in 2018, Maser established Atelier Maser a creative studio and gallery space located in the heart of Dublin city. The space is custom designed to be multi-functional – functioning both as a gallery, an events venue, a wellness hub and the professional working studio for Maser to create his original works.
For this exclusive studio visit, Maser will guide the RHA Friends though his artistic practice – showing examples of his works in progress and finished pieces.
Booking is essential for all Friends of the RHA events. To book please email Michelle Considine, Friends Co-ordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or tel: 01 661 2558.
